Terrible!

The staff were friendly enough I guess, but the dentist was just terrible. She actually YELLED at my three year old daughter during her first visit to the dentist for being "too wiggly!" She was wiggling because the light was hurting her eyes and the dentist yelled at her to stop it! I could not believe it. My daughter is a sweet and compliant child. She is very reasonable and was being very, very good. Later the dentist told me that she had to "get firm" with her to see what worked so she would be able to control the situation next time when I would not be with her. I said that I wasn't sending my daughter back to the dentist alone and was told that is their policy. Needless to say, we found a new dentist. This woman has absoluetly no business working with children. She was harsh, mean and I also felt that she thinks she owns her staff and knows better than the parents. I will never go there again and I am telling all my mommy friends not to either!

Very poor costomer service/hospitality. Once they take your child to the exam room, parents are PROHIBITED to be with (or even near) their child during exam and asked to wait out in the waiting room. The staff are very rude to answer any questions/concerns the parents may have. I would NOT recommend this dentistry for young children.

Plenty of activities for the kids to do in the waiting area. Modern, clean facilities.
